First Visit

Your initial appointment in our Midland, MI dental office usually will consist of an examination, review of your medical and dental history, discussion of your goals and treatment options. Often treatment can be started the same day as the consultation. 

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

• Any x-rays taken by a previous dentist, if applicable
• A list of your current medications and allergies
• If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

X-Rays

If your previous dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our dental office in Midland, MI by email to [email protected].  If additional x-rays are necessary, they will be taken at our office.
